As an IT distributor, we deal with trade-only customers. In order to become an Entatech customer, resellers are required to complete a trade application form. Following the completion of certain checks, resellers will be notified of their successful application and can begin to purchase from Entatech.

How do I apply for a trading account with Entatech?
To register as an Entatech customer, please complete the relevant form here. Once you have completed your application, please print, sign and return to fax to 0333 101 9490 or if by email as a .tif file to firstname.lastname@example.org. If posting your application, please mark this for the attention of the Applications Department.
How long does it take for a trade application to be completed?
A trade application form will usually be processed by our applications team within 7 working days, although during busy periods this can be longer. You can check the status of your application by logging into your application profile on tradeapp.entagroup.com, or by calling the sales department on 0333 101 1000.
Do I need to have been trading for more than one year in order to have an Entatech account?
No, you may still apply for an Entatech account even if you have been trading for a period of less than one year – this will simply be opened under a cheque basis. You will only need to be trading for more than one year if you wish to open a credit account with us. To sign up as an Entatech customer, please complete the form here.
Do I need to be VAT registered to have an account with Entatech?

No, there is no minimum spend associated with obtaining an Entatech account.
